Ilga Berzkalna

Experience:
Ilga Berzkalna is consultant of Project management and organizational development, with international experience of more than 16 years. She is Project Development and Quality Department Manager at JSC “Latvijas valsts meži”. Consultant and trainer at SIA "Komercizglītības Centrs” (Latvia) and the American Management Association (AMA, U.S.), has managed variety of projects for process improvement, restructuring, IT system implementation and other projects related to change management. Clients include such international companies as Pfizer International (USA), Abbott lab (U.S., Ireland, England, and Germany), AC Nielsen (U.S.), McDonald's Corporation (USA) and other Latvian clients from different companies, both public authorities and non-governmental organizations. Ilga Berzkalna is an author and lecturer of more than 200 courses in project and process management, change management, strategic planning, etc.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA), continuing education in organization management, strategic planning and management science (Northwestern University, USA). Her knowledge of coaching, people management and adults teaching skills has been completed by the American Management Association (AMA, USA).

Membership in associations / societies:
Member of the American Project Management Institute since 2001, and holder of the PMP Certificate (Project Management Professional).
