Experience:
Consultant and trainer at SIA "Komercizglītības centrs” with significant experience in business management and marketing. Was member of the board at the International Airport of Riga for eight years, worked as a marketing director at AS "Kalnozols un Partneri”, leading position within such companies as "The Baltic Observer", SIA “Hansa Pharma” etc. Consulting companies as well as developing and running business courses for senior managers in marketing and management areas.

Education:
Currently completing doctoral studies at Faculty of Engineering (RTU). Has obtained the Master's degree in business and enterprise management (MBA) at Riga Business School and Bachelor of Engineering (RTU).

Membership in associations / societies:
Manager of society INPAKT, member of editorial board at “Latvijas Buvnieciba”, associate professor of the Latvian Christian Academy, organizer of construction project manager training program at Technical University.
