Experience:
Currently, consultant and trainer of personnel management and employee development with more than 10 years of practical experience. Over the past 4 years worked at SIA Komercizglītības centrs as product development manager. Prior to that, nine years of experience in AS Hansabanka and AS DnB NORD Banka staff training and development, as well as Manager of the Personnel Department office. Adult teacher and consultant experience since 2000, specializes in staff development in the field that include human resource management consulting and / or management training projects in such companies as AS Latvijas pasts, Rodl&Partner, SIA PureFood, SIA Rimi, Tenax grupa, Valsts kontrole, Bank of Latvia, Latvenergo, Latvijas Valsts Meži, etc. Teacher at the managers’ long-term development programs "Business Class" and "Business Masterclass". Working as a personnel manager of DnB Nord bank participated in projects of building the employer's image, corporate culture and internal communication.
Participates as an expert in ESF project of the Ministry of Education, which has an overall aim to promote the competitiveness of teachers and sectorial mobility in the conditions of education system optimization.
Participate in the project "Mission Possible", which promotes education as a value in Latvia and helps the talented university graduates to develop and become the inspirational teachers and leaders of the future.

Education:
Currently expand her knowledge in Master's program, "Coaching and Supervision" at Tallinn University of the German Institute for Communication and Supervision. Acquired teacher’s qualification of mathematics at the University of Latvia, as well as professional higher education in economics. Improved knowledge in personnel management in various training courses and conferences both in Latvia and abroad. Obtained the certificate of the staff leadership training for financial companies in Luxembourg.

Membership in associations / societies:
At the Association of Adult Education in Latvia has obtained a certificate of professional competence as an adult education instructor. Represented Association of Adult Education in Latvia, together with eight European Adult Education Association representatives set up an adult teacher competence-building AGADE (A Good Adult Educator in Europe).
